1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Scholars Notes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewable Billing
Scholars Notes offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
3. Cancellation Through Apple ID
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled by Apple.
4. User Responsibility
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for illegal purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Content & Data
You retain ownership of content you create. We get a limited license to store and process it to provide the service.
7. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. No Guarantee of Educational Results
We do not guarantee grades, test scores, or admissions outcomes. AI-generated content may contain errors.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Apple Standard EULA
These terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA for App Store licensed software.
