Legal draft — replace after counsel review

Creator Program Terms

These terms describe how the ScholarNotes Creator Program works. Final wording may be updated; check this page before accepting an opportunity.

1. Original & authentic content

Content you submit must be original and authentic. Do not misrepresent your use of ScholarNotes.

2. Promotion requirements

When an opportunity requires featuring or promoting ScholarNotes, your video must actually do so as described in the assignment brief.

3. Qualified views

Fraudulent, artificial, purchased, or botted engagement does not qualify. ScholarNotes pays view bonuses only on verified/qualified views, calculated at the end of the applicable measurement window.

4. Review & rejection

ScholarNotes may reject content that does not meet assignment requirements or program standards. Compensation and campaign rates are shown before you accept an opportunity.

5. Disclosures

You must comply with platform disclosure requirements for sponsored or paid content (for example, TikTok/Instagram branded content tools and applicable advertising rules).

6. Payouts & tax information

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You are responsible for providing accurate identity, bank, and tax information directly to Stripe. ScholarNotes does not collect bank account numbers, routing numbers, SSNs, or identity documents on our forms.

7. Creator codes

Creator-code commissions are based on verified App Store purchase/renewal events attributed to your code — not merely entering a code. Duplicate or fraudulent attribution may be reversed.

8. Suspension

ScholarNotes may suspend creators for abuse, fraud, or material violations of these terms.
